Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday,

excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has

shipped.

Estimated delivery times

United States: 7 to 15 business days

Canada and Europe: 7 to 15 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 15 to 25 business days

Central and South America: 7 to 15 business days

Asia: 7 to 15 business days

Africa: 15 to 30 business days

These are estimates and exclude any customs or clearance delays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If you

don't see tracking updates within 5 business days of receiving the number,

contact us at contact@avoxer.com.

Order cancellation

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled after they are

placed. Once your order arrives, you may initiate a return per our Refund

Policy.

Lost or missing packages

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not

liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If our

records show our error, we will reship at no charge.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by

the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
